How do I get there? +

A 3-minute walk from Asakusa Station (Tokyo Metro Ginza / Toei Asakusa lines), or 8 minutes from Asakusa Station on the Tsukuba Express. Address: 1-4-1 Asakusa, Taito-ku.

What is the signature dish? +

The unaju — domestic eel grilled tender over binchotan charcoal. Unaju jō grade from ¥5,500; the naka-ire don with liver soup is ¥7,000.

What is the typical budget? +

Roughly ¥4,000–5,000 for both lunch and dinner, depending on the course or the grade of unaju.

What are your hours and closed days? +

Tue–Sat 11:30–15:00 (last order 14:15) and 17:00–20:00 (last order 19:15); Sun and holidays 11:30–20:00 straight through. Closed Mondays (the following Tuesday if Monday is a holiday).
